Came up with this idea while I was browsing old mechanics. Honestly could work with any "Relentless"-esque creature. I just thought it would be funny to do it with rats. Lots of tutors, cycle lands, transmute spells to make the deck function and be more consistent.

The whole deck revolves around Thrumming Stone. If you can get it out quickly you can flood the whole field with Relentless Rats and most likely win the game from there from constant ripple triggers off the rats you cast. It is rather slow as you will most likely need to get 5 land drops before you can play the stone. The tutors, like Vampric Tutor or Demonic Tutor, are primarily there to get the Thrumming Stone or your mana rocks into your hand quicker or to fish for the lands you need to cast it. Some cards have transmute which can help get you there faster. Brainspoil can get you Thrumming Stone directly since they both have MV 5, while the other two can grab your tutors or mana rocks. Cycle lands, like Polluted Mire or Desert of the Glorified are also there for if you have enough lands out but still need to get through your deck faster to grab your Thrumming Stone, tutors or mana rocks.

The sheer number of Relentless Rats on the field will also make it trivially easy to get your commander, Patron of the Nezumi, out on the field, though with 51/51 rats out already, I doubt you'll ever want to.

Ideal first hand is 5 Swamps, a Relentless Rats, and your Thrumming Stone
