1) Arcanis the Omnipotent while I do enjoy a nice combo, this piece doesn't have many other synergies besides Mind Over Matter. For a card that costs and is a dead draw unless Mind Over Matter is on the field, I don't think it's worth it as of right now. I can see potential, especially considering the evasive ability to return him to the owner's hand for , but until he can support other cards, he'll wait patiently in the maybeboard.
2) Mystic Redaction is a great addition, goes hand in hand with a lot of wheel effects (besides Teferi's Puzzle Box) Thank you, Necrosis24!
3) Removed Spellseeker for Clear the Mind. While Spellseeker on its own is a great tutor, I don't have enough low cost 2 mana spells (other than removal and counters) that make this worth my while. Not only that, but it doesn't have flash. In playtesting there has been multiple instances where I over mill myself in an attempt to them mill my opponents, in the early game dumping 18-22 cards into the graveyard from wheeling. Clear the Mind is able to resolve this issue while allowing me to continue my shenanigans.
4) Removed Thoughtseize for Finale of Revelation. Thoughtseize, while thematically fitting in the first version of this deck, is often not a useful card, and in fact, a dead draw in the late game. Finale of Revelation helps me more by allowing me to shuffle my graveyard into my library like Clear the Mind. The reason having two of these kinds of spells is great is because I can essentially only use them once, but since I have two, I can continuously have one inside the deck at all times.
5) Removed Puppeteer Clique for Omniscience. While I do enjoy the thematic aspects, it doesn't serve a greater purpose and often times can be a complete dud if I'm not getting cards out due to mana. Considering this deck has a rather high mana ceiling and too many cards in hand to cast with so little mana, Omniscience is a great inclusion. There aren't many occasions where I have x cost spells, so I can save more mana for those.
6) Removed Echo Storm for Mystic Redaction. This inclusion was just a mistake fully on my part. I thought Oona, Queen of the Fae would be more tied to the deck strategy, however, oftentimes we find that we opt to cast other snowballing spells over her. Around turn 4-6 there usually is a board wipe, so it's not good to cast her early, it's not great to cast her late, as we're usually ramping up for greater things. Echo Storm didn't get a lot of value. So we've opted for Mystic Redaction which synergizes very well since we're a wheel and deal deck. Get extra value and potentially mill out opponents without trying.
7) Removed Jace, Wielder of Mysteries for Mind's Desire. Mind's Desire ultimately adds to a combo that I didn't think was possible in this deck. And this is taken from tstorm823's Zedruu the Greathearted combo deck, besides one card that I found that allows this to function. So I don't take credit, but I will be a little thief (like every early combo player). Regardless, a Mind's Desire + Isochron Scepter//Dramatic Reversal also functions, so this isn't entirely just for the one combo.
8) Removed Leyline of the Void for Planar Void . The biggest point here is that it adds to a new combo with Mirror of Fate while retaining the same synergies as it did before. The greatest part of Planar Void is that it is mana and as long as we don't throw any of our pieces in there, we're a-okay!
