This deck is a quasi-budget ramp/combo deck. I tried to keep the price of construction of this deck under $100.00; at the time of its creation, it achieves that goal. That being said, this deck is fairly inefficient. It's been constructed primarily for casual gameplay and relies on the player drawing several cards which are somewhat unreliably drawn and can be countered with removal by most decks. Some variation of this build has probably been done somewhere on this website or another before this. That being said, provided a random Doom Blade doesn't come sailing out of nowhere to obliterate one of your creatures, you can usually somewhat reliably pump 10-30 mana on turn 4-7. I'll go over the basic combos for this deck in the next few lines:

Kiora's Follower or Voyaging Satyr + Simic Growth Chamber + Overgrowth or Dawn's Reflection + Kiora, Master of the Depths

This combo is your primary bread and butter combo for this deck. If you get all the pieces of this combo, it is a very simple task to pump 16+ mana in a single turn, with very little your opponent can do about it.

Ideally, your first four turns would look something like this:

Turn 1: Lair of the Hydra + Skyshroud Ranger

Turn 2: Tap Lair of the Hydra, float 1 mana, play Simic Growth Chamber, return the Lair of the Hydra, play the Lair of the Hydra, tap it and spend two mana to cast Voyaging Satyr

Turn 3: Double tap for 4 mana with Simic Growth Chamber + Voyaging Satyr, cast Overgrowth on the Simic Growth Chamber

Turn 4: Double-tap for 8 mana with Simic Growth Chamber + Voyaging Satyr + Overgrowth, cast Kiora, Master of the Depths, use her +1 loyalty to pump for another 8 mana leaving you with a minimum of 12 floating mana. At this point, you have lots of options. Slinn Voda, the Rising Deep into recasting Voyaging Satyr is a great choice, unless they can burn Kiora, Master of the Depths she'll likely live a turn, allowing you to pump for even more the next turn. You can drop another two Overgrowth and make Kiora, Master of the Depths redundant. Once you hit the point where you can pump 10 or so mana with a single land, your options really start to open up.

In addition to the deck's primary bread and butter combination, the deck has a couple of other combos/strategies that make the deck just a little bit stronger and entertaining.

Slinn Voda, the Rising Deep or Whelming Wave + Natural Affinity. If you were to luck into the perfect opening as demonstrated above, you can effectively reset the game when you play Kiora, Master of the Depths since as long as you can get 13 mana (which you should be able to) you can cast Slinn Voda, the Rising Deep + Natural Affinity and effectively reset all creatures and lands in the game, except for Slinn Voda, the Rising Deep. Usually, that should be more or less game.

Skyline Cascade + Simic Growth Chamber can be used to stall out an opponent's aggro while you wait to draw the creatures you need, effectively for free. This works especially well if you have Skyshroud Ranger on the field.

That's all I've got for you with this deck. Remember that you can float your mana to recast your small guys after you throw down Slinn Voda, the Rising Deep or Whelming Wave. I would also like to note that the maybeboard is full of creatures and spells that I would've liked to add, but felt were too expensive to include given that I was trying to keep to something of a budget. I also have a longer list of cards I considered for this deck but decided not to add, the link is below.

Rejected Cards

Thanks for viewing my deck! I hope you enjoyed it. If you've got any ideas for how to make it better, I'd love to hear them. I figure there are probably some blue-green card combos that may be prohibitively expensive mana-wise that this deck may be able to cast. Any and all suggestions are appreciated!
