Made a lot of adjustments since the last update. Changed the commander from Karador, Ghost Chieftan to Nethroi, Apex of Death, which makes Gravebreaker Lamia a more dubious choice, but I like it. Tried to make the deck a bit more interactive, though I may need quite a lot of changes to do that well. Also tried for a bit more ramp, and swapped some of my dual lands for basics for a bit more speed.
