Oloro is one of those rare, special kinds of commanders who can get a lot of work done just sitting in the command zone. Since you don't need to play him to take advantage of his abilities, why not go all-in and run no creatures whatsoever?

Once you've committed to the creatureless lifestyle, plenty of symmetrical cards are suddenly broken wide open. Spreading Plague, Tainted AEther and Pendrell Mists will only ever harm your foes. Board wipes like Fumigate and Toxic Deluge never have any risk of card disadvantage. Once you've forced everyone to try and function on your level, the slow board state should allow you to win at your leisure with Approach of the Second Sun, Sanguine Bond or Aetherflux Reservoir.
