Following up from my angel tribal deck, I tried my hand at something more playable and affordable. Finally starting to actually build up the pieces for this one and I'm planning to sleeve it up and turn the girls sideways at my local scene.

Based on the majority of the list, it's not particularly different from other Crimson Bride decks, with the main focus for me being the art and Crimson Vow variations.

Vampire tribal was the first deck I played as a teenager (Black/Red Vampires in the Zendikar-Scars standard: Kalastria Highborn, Bloodghast and Viscera Seer days were the best), and I've enjoyed vampire literature and media well into my adulthood.

Since then, of course WotC released Innistrad, and while I enjoyed the original format for its limited play, I found myself disappointed with the vampire faction presented in the original printing. I moved away from standard after that, never to compete in cardboard since, (except a bracket with Tempered Steel.)

However! Crimson Vow, Shadows Over Innistrad and Midnight Hunt have left me satisfied again and again. The Gluttonous Guest variant is so gorgeous I can't wait until mine arrives. I might go through at a later date and go over in more detail why and which artworks I really like, but I've spent time tweaking each to my preferences.

For now I'll say one of my favourite default cards is Blood Hypnotist, her gaze and finery are both just so alluring in this one. Olivia's Attendants, just made it clear to me that Olivia isn't straight so that's fun.
