Spoiled today (June 5th), card:Rin and Seri, Inseparable is the commander to spark my drive to build a deck quickly. For a budget(ish) build of it, I used fairly cheap lands and creatures to get a bigger bang for your buck on a creature-based strategy.

Our main goal is to cast creatures with the ability "Changeling" which states that, "This card is all creature types at all times." This means that we'll be grabbing a cat token and a dog token every time we cast one of these guys.

Ramp

SIGNETS: Boros Signet Selesnya Signet Gruul Signet

LANDS: Cultivate Kodama's Reach Harrow

TALISMANS: Talisman of Impulse Talisman of Unity Talisman of Conviction

CREATURES: Cryptolith Rite Normal stuff.

Card Draw

Here's where I may not be on the money quite yet, but it's a first draft.

Skullclamp is obvious, but Harmonize may not be the best option, so it may act as filler.

Beast Whisperer and Soul of the Harvest for the creature nonsense we want to have happening.

Shamanic Revelation hopefully get us a full hand later in the game.

And our favorite boy, Mentor of the Meek, will get you a bunch of cards later when you have mana and are pumping tokens.

Doubling Strats

I didn't add Doubling Season because it's expensive, but Double Masters might change that.

Anointed Procession, Parallel Lives, and Primal Vigor are obviously good for getting us 4 tokens when we really only deserved 2.

Removal

Oh boy do we have some pretty normal token stuff here. Aura Shards is a classic. Qasali Slingers is the same thing, but for all of your creatures. Crib Swap is a little more nuts because it gives us both a cat and dog token.

Chaos Warp since we're in red.

Beast Within and Krosan Grip since we're in green.

Path to Exile and Swords to Plowshares for white reasons.

Most of the excitement for this section is Crib Swap.

Wincon

Hit face dude. You don't need to combo. Just hit them. Use Coat of Arms to hit them harder if you need to. Regal Caracal hits them less hard.

(pssst combo players. You may have noticed Jazal Goldmane can kill everyone at once. Don't tell the Timmy players. It's our lil' secret.)
