Intro

Obeka, Splitter of Seconds debuted in Outlaws of Thunder Junction and is a 2/5 Ogre Warlock with menace for one and Grixis colors, that's one blue, one black, and one red mana. Whenever she deals combat damage to a player, we get that many additional upkeep steps after this phase. Our challenge here is to not overcomplicate this type of build. #1: We want to inundate our side of the battlefield with cards that have impactful upkeep triggers. #2: We want to protect Obeka, boost her power, safely attack with her, deal Commander damage to our opponents, and then reap the benefits of oodles and oodles of additional upkeep steps and winning the game in a variety of ways.
