Tried to make a Kenrith deck that is reasonably competitive but not cEDH-level business. If you happen to take a look and have some suggestions, I'd be happy to hear them! One thing I'm not particularly confident about is how many lands I should run, and whether what I've got going on is sufficient, color-wise.

For the primary wincon, I like using Kenrith, the Returned King + Tainted Remedy to burn opponents out one by one with Kenrith's targeted lifegain ability (preferably with Training Grounds//Biomancer's Familiar and Chromatic Lantern//Dryad of the Ilysian Grove on the battlefield).

As backup gameplans, I've included a number of more degenerate options for winning (or getting close) by producing infinite mana or taking infinite turns.

For infinite colored mana, there's Nyxbloom Ancient + Palinchron .

For infinite blue mana, there's Freed from the Real + Incubation Druid .

Grim Monolith + Nyxbloom Ancient will produce infinite colorless mana.

Otherwise, there are a bunch of toolbox-y creatures to help things along, depending on the circumstances. A lot of them have good ETB effects that can also be abused with Thassa. I've tried to stick to mostly creature-based effects in order to take advantage of Kenrith's reanimator ability...

I don't know if I totally understand the 75% philosophy, but I've included some creature-based disruption for various strategies. Notion Thief for card advantage, Remorseful Cleric for graveyards, Aven Mindcensor for tutoring, Shalai, Voice of Plenty for targeted removal, Hostage Taker for any troublesome/attractive creatures and artifacts, and Clever Impersonator for whatever permanent ails.
