Cuts: Sanguine Sacrament
Additions: Ajani, Strength of the Pride
I chose to cut Sanguine Sacrament because the card was just a worse copy of Beacon of Immortality. The card underperformed and didn't help me win the game with cards like Felidar Sovereign and ]Test of Endurance as much as I would've liked.
Ajani, Strength of the Pride has been added to the deck not only for his -0 effect, but also because his -1 and +1 effects are very relevant in this deck. Making Ajani's Pridemates and giving them counters could become a real threat in the deck. Not only that but gaining life equal to the number of creatures and planeswalkers we control can help us activate that -0 ability quickly. Ajani's -0 ability can help us clear the board quickly that way we can get in with a beefy Karlov, or various other larger creatures. It slows the game way down, which helps us tons in the long run!
