I love tribal themed decks. Even though they are not always the best, I love to play them. I tried to stay away from mixing wolves and werewolves and stuck to wolves for this brew.

Budget version with Samut CMDR Budget - Samut's Wolves of the Naya

The "Sideboard" is composed of different potential Commanders. Then, there are multiple Naya or other 4/5 color commanders that are great.

The "Maybe" board is full of stuff that would be good to find a home in the deck or sounds fun.

If you replace duels with shock/check/pain/horizon etc lands, that's a good start on lowering price.
