My first brewed EDH deck. Semi-budget, and open for review. Cascading Cataracts is one beautiful card and is definitely going into this deck alongside Darksteel Citadel.

Trying to out-value with cheap spells=hastey evasive creatures resilient to board wipes, but need to strike a balance between cheap and decent spells and reactions. Looking for recommendations!

Updated 8/19/17: Took out underperformers such as Curious Homunculus   , Mirrorweave (which doesn't work the way you'd think it would work, just loads up other players with a bunch of land temporarily), some of the worse Awaken Spells for a variety of improvements. Personal favorite jank add is Vanish into Memory, which with Noyan out is usually "Sac a creature, draw 12+ cards" with the only downside being you lose a land creature. Not a problem if you just fished out one of your evasion spells and prepped for your bigger land creature to receive it! Also, the proliferation subtheme is working alright. I dropped Tamiyo, the Moon Sage and Deepglow Skate on the same turn in a recent game, causing me to ultimate with Tamiyo on the Spot and get all spells back to my hand. It was pretty nice.
