my pet deck, I’ve been rebuilding and altering this deck, for many years to find the best use of Noyan.

This build focuses on Control & Isochron Sceptre effects. Combos: Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal + any combination of rocks producing 3 or greater mana ( Arcane Signet , Basalt Monolith , Chrome Mox , Mana Crypt , Mana Vault , Marble Diamond , Mox Opal , Sky Diamond , and of Sol Ring )

This will produce infinite cast triggers and mana to activate Brain Freeze , Noyan Dar, Roil Shaper , Archmage Emeritus , Monastery Mentor and of Talrand, Sky Summoner

Alternatives to Isochron are: Elite Arcanist and if at least ones on board Phyrexian Metamorph

Alternative win conditions are poisonous counters through Inkmoth Nexus supported by Blinkmoth Nexus

Fun combos include Elite Arcanist imprinting To Arms! or Unity of Purpose + Noyan Dar can draw you your whole deck, produce lots of mana (more depending on the number of land creatures you have), make your land creatures huge, and have a load of cast triggers. All drawing you into Brain Freeze or Herald of Secret Streams

To Arms can also work with Isochron, assuming you have Clock of Omens and 2 of ( Ancient Den , Darksteel Citadel , and or Seat of the Synod
