Norin's Sticker Book (Or How I Made Stickers Good)

Commander / EDH Bracket 3 Budget Jank RGW (Naya)

Norin the Wary is my favourite card in MTG. I wanted to build a deck around him, but could only really make him work with cards that burn on ETB like Purphoros, God of the Forge and Impact Tremors in mono red. I'm not a big fan of that strategy and wanted something as janky as Norin himself.

Enter Rocco, Cabaretti Caterer, who allows Norin to remain as your commander, but in secret. You want to ramp to get Rocco out as soon as you can, use him to search for Norin the Wary.

I did initially have a Wirewood Symbiote in this deck, which is incredible with Rocco. But I wanted to keep this firmly in bracket 3. Having a recurrable tutor as a commander I believe pushes this into bracket 4. To keep this deck casual, I am only using Rocco to search for Norin.

The rest of the deck should work to benefit from Norin flickering. Park Bleater is especially powerful here. Stickers remain on Norin even when he exiles. So you can utilise the likes of Cool Fluffy Loxodon to draw cards or Deep-Fried Plague Myr for artifact/enchantment removal and so on. Every sticker sheet has something that can benefit Norin, and it can get out of hand quick if your opponents don't stop it.

I've tried to keep this deck budget friendly, most cards are $2 or less.
