Poor Norin just doesn't want to cause any trouble...

Norin Commander Deck, tried to make a fun & chaotic deck that is somewhat competitive. Lots of enchantment/creature/artifact cards that trigger whenever a creature enters the battlefield plus lots of token creation - also tried to add a good amount of counter/card draw and some very mean enchantments.

Open to recommendations, this is my first commander deck! Trying to keep total cost within the $200-400 range so I maybeboarded some more expensive cards I could consider adding in the future.
