This deck started out as a chaos deck that I slowly transitioned into getting value out of Norin's blinking so now it is more of a casual "at least I will have fun not winning" deck.

The strategy is to get out a few enchantments that does damage as Norin's enters or leaves the battle field such as Purphoros, God of the Forge, Impact Tremors, Outpost Siege and Warstorm Surge. This damage can then be increased by Torbran, Thane of Red Fell or Embermaw Hellion. A Genesis Chamber can generate a lot of value with Skullclamp for draw or Goblin Bombardment to fling them. This Enter/Exit The Battlefield can be improved with a Panharmonicon or Mirror March. The deck is increadibly slow that's why it contains such cards as Noetic Scales and Impending Disaster, the Possibility Storm can also help to stop combo wins from your opponents or interrupt them from removing your enchantments or artifacts. It's increadibly evil to put out a few enchantments and then remove all lands, Norin will continue being Norin while everyone else tries to restore their economy.

Pyrohemia is awesome in the deck because Norin will always return at the end of your turn meaning that you always get to keep Pyrohemia. A few turns with Confusion in the Ranks out and you will own most creatures.

The deck is definitely leaning towards Chaos, but the goal is still to try to win, though most often people will get annoyed at your pinging them and target you. But because I want to win I do no longer play Warp World and similar, the cards in the deck are there to make it just a tiny bit more likely that you will win I did not think Warp World contributed to that.

I have had a lot of fun playing this deck and would love any tips that you think could make it a little bit more likely that poor Norin will finally win a game.
