A very chaotic deck featuring MTG's bravest character: Norin the Wary .

The Commander

Norin the Wary doesn't do anything by himself, and is almost impossible to kill. What he does bring is reliable Enter the Battlefield (ETB) triggers for ; Not something many commanders can do, and not something many decks can benefit from. This deck can.

Plus it's fun to say "Norin hides" in response to just about every action a player takes.

The Combos

Norin the Wary and Electropotence , Warstorm Surge, Pandemonium , and Purphoros, God of the Forge for damage and/or repeated removal of toughness 1-2 creatures.

Genesis Chamber + Norin the Wary for plenty of tokens.

Confusion in the Ranks + Norin the Wary to steal enemy creatures. Norin's rule specifies that he returns to the battlefield under my control each time he "hides"!

Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker squeezes extra value out of my creatures with ETB effects ( Beetleback Chief , Siege-Gang Commander, Mogg War Marshal , etc). These can be searched for with Goblin Recruiter and Goblin Matron.

Goblin Welder and Mindslaver or Memory Jar .

The Disruption

Blood Moon, Magus of the Moon, and Ruination punish the greedy manabases of multicolor decks. If the other players can't cast spells, they can't get ahead!

Wheel of Fortune , Wheel of Fate, Reforge the Soul, Chandra Ablaze , Teferi's Puzzle Box, and Magus of the Wheel can easily annoy the other players. This deck runs out of cards very fast and as a result doesn't mind discarding its (often empty) hand to draw a new one. Other decks don't have this luxury.

The Chaos

Other spells simply warp the board state or cause player headaches. Grip of Chaos , Possibility Storm, Scrambleverse, Warp World , Teferi's Puzzle Box, etc.
