This deck is an Orzhov-colored () construct, meant to embody Aristocratic concepts both mechanically and thematically.

  • The whole thing with Aristocrats and why Gabranth here, was because background/Lore wise I think he makes the most sense out of my "Four Fiends" I'm doing here.

  • but i digress in that, Noah was a true patriot in my opinion, who mourned the loss of his country and the loss of his mother to sickness, feeling abandoned by his brother- made very bad choices.

  • all throughout his life from here forward, he was surrounded by the aristocracy, and subservient to that system. In Archadia, things were like New Capenna, only way worse.

(as far as I remember from that game.. there weren't any angels to save you.)

  • I chose the Aristocrats theme because it'll help embody all of Noah's rage and sorrow into a very on-brand deck for him.

This deck is meant to move kinda quickly.. well, as quickly as Aristocrats can move. It's fast in that each piece has multiple utilities in mind, to serve one of only a few core concepts. Those being:

  1. Our stuff has to die.

  2. Judge Magister Gabranth has to see that happen.

  3. ???

  4. Profit.

So with all of those things in mind, we're trying to fulfill the needs based on when we can best "profit" from our investments.

  • so my intention here is to be creating a series of Four decks representative of notable bad guys in armor from throughout the history of Final Fantasy. Cleverly monikered as The Four Fiends.

  • at some point I'll work up some descriptions and stuff for all of this, but for right now it's nice to have more cards than I know what to do with. Refreshing!
