The idea of this deck is, to first get enough manabase to get out the commander + search some swords like Sword of Feast and Famine to beat down the enemy fast. For mana ramp i put Land Tax and Scroll Rack in. To protect my commander ive got some counters like Force of Will and Cryptic Command. For some card draw ive put rhystic study, ponder, brainstorm etc. in. The winter orb slows down the enemies game, when ive got my commander + some swords on the battlefield. The mana artifacts are for ramp and to react when the winter orb is out.

I hope you like the idea and im up to some suggestions to improve this deck, since i really love the combination of white/blue.
