Casual Will of the Council deck, really want to make interesting things happen in multiplayer games.

Any advice is appreciated, I'm pretty much starting with scratch. Paliano, the High City is included atm so that I can experiment with how it might be allowed to be played outside of draft.

Need any help keeping it fun and interesting for multiplayer and somewhat efficient.
