My most competitive commander deck, the plan is simple; use any instants and sorceries played by anyone to draw cards and ping opponents to death. The few creatures mostly comprise of Wizards because cards like Teferi put you in a commanding board position, Urza's in the deck to ensure blue Mana isn't always in short supply, plenty of free countermagic to ensure Niv stays protected while punishing foes who attempt to remove him, and extra turns galore just so you can cast as many spells as possible to draw as many cards as possible
