the best deck you will ever see ever you can also use Codie as the commander if you would rather that, but either is fine. Niv-Mizzet lets you put up to 10 charms in hand, while Codie lets you pseudo-cascade into more charms. thank you Halphinian for the brilliant idea of this deck. no need to edit it, it's perfect as it is.

Edit: As a perfect being, I realized this deck was imperfect. I got rid of the mono-color charms, added in some good multicolored cards, and made Jegantha the companion of the deck. It's now fully realized as what it was meant to be: an okay deck I guess
