Trying to get some good cards to put in a Nin, The Pain Artist Duel Commander Deck (20 life points, French EDH).

I'm aware of the Deceiver Exarch + Splinter Twin Combo (or even the Pestermite + Splinter Twin one, but I don't really know what kind of cards you want to put in a deck like this.What kind of directions could I choose ? Being able to draw a bunch of cards with my commander could lead me to card draw pay-offs like The Locust God and Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind. But the format is so fast that I don't think they are useful.
