My attempt at a modern mill deck, uses Sphinx's Tutelage to mill cards. Use a bit of cycling cards to keep activating Sphinx's Tutelage, and build up an arsenal of cards to mill on draw, then draw as much as possible. There are several one card draws each turn, however there are also several major draws for bigger hits. Use Jace Beleren to keep drawing, and get a Fraying Sanity out to double the mill and force endgame.
