INITIAL TESTING RESULTS AND LIST EDITS —Aug. 15, 2019

I've been running this deck on MTGO for a little over a week now, and have been more successful with it than I initially expected, winning roughly 44% of all the games I've played with it thus far. I also entered it in a local FNM-style event, and went 2-2, winning matches against Jund Midrange and a Morophon-Bringer combo deck, and losing matches against Hogaakvine and a different Jund Midrange deck. Full details of the deck and its matchups can be viewed here:

As of this moment, these are all of the edits I have made to the list:

I will continue to monitor and record this deck's progress, and will post updates here as needed.

That’s a good idea. I’ve added a couple copies of it to the sideboard now.

Wow this would be a great starter build for players new to Tron on a budget.

Have you playtested the Weather the Storm yet at all? It‘s a great idea with Mystic Forge , but I do just love me some Thragtusk s in G-Tron sideboards.

Nathanaiel I have tested Weather the Storm , and in this particular build, I find it to be more useful than Thragtusk for two reasons:

1: I can cast it earlier in the game, and far more reliably.

2: It generally gains me anywhere between 9 to 15 life, depending on my storm count, whereas Thragtusk only allows me to gain 5.
