I adapted this deck from the 2013 precon commander deck, “Mind Seize,” and using Nekusar as the commander. After reading and getting some ideas online (including other tapped out decks) I decided to adapt the deck to make it more suited for Nekusar’s ability. This version of the deck is my first though I plan on getting some more cards that would further improve it and better mesh with Nekusar’s ability. I will update the deck list when I get those cards.
