This is a friend's deck that I'm trying to upgrade! Budget friendly but looking to increase powerlevel to 7-8. Nekusar works with Infect, so the goal of the deck is to tutor for some cancer inducing cards that give Nekusar infect, and then wheel for the win. Needs to be able to completely destroy a Winota player, so any advice is more than welcome!
