I am trying to play Mono-Red and Neheb is one of the coolest Mono-Red generals I know so I have been trying to make him work. The group I play in is not very competitive but everytime I play with them I just feel so weak because I'm so easy to counter and I can't respond to other people's game plan a lot.

So I'm currently facing a Tuvasa,the Sunlit deck (by far the strongest deck on the table, can kill on turn 4 or 5 if good hand with commander damage, uses mostly enchantments which I can't get rid of because mono-red, and just can't get rid of her most of the time because of how big she gets and can't target/indestructible enchantments). I'm also facing a Niv-Mizzet, Firemind deck with a LOT of counters, very control-ish type of deck with a lot of draw and usually wins games by curiosity-type effects infinite combo. And the last one is a Kambal, Consul of Allocation deck that just sits there and annoys people but also has a good amount of destroy and board wipe.

Another thing worth noticing is that my deck is considered the second most dangerous after the Tuvasa one because of how it can combo out of nowhere. So whenever I'm able to cast my commander the Niv-Mizzet guy always saves a counter for my commander and it usually takes a lot of time for me to be able to cast it and I also have to worry about destroys. In this type of cenario, can I even play Neheb or Mono-Red at all, because I played a lot of games where I just get countered and can't come back and I ABSOLUTELY CAN'T beat the Tuvasa deck, so I'm always relying on other people to protect me from it and if they don't I'm just screwed. Any help to make this deck more competitive?
