Grixis: theft/control. Throw down mana rocks, wipe board and steal threats.

Looking for ways to streamline the deck/make it more efficient. Aiming for more 4 man competitive.

I switched out: clone, river of tears, crumbling necropolis, nephalia drown yard, and grixis panorama, island, terminate.

Added: drowned catacombs, sulfur falls, blood crypt, watery grave, and dreadship reef, minamo, school at water's edge, talent of the telepath.

As for mana drain and fetch lands, they are target cards but due to price I haven't acquired yet. Also upped land count by one.

Proliferate is interesting but I feel my planeswalkers are more distractions or play and profit then try to make them stick and ult, just biding my time until I out advantage them or make them drop a threat I then steal.

I agree abou the planeswalkers, they are all good though, I feel like ashiok, the dream weaver, liliana of the veil, and ugin, the ineffable, are the ones I'd cut. Placing in some counters. And maybe sphinx of foresight from the creature side as well.
