This Wizard Deck uses combo of Isochron Scepter with a (2 mana cost spell) and Naru Meha, Master Wizard to double up instant spells to exile two permanents. Plus wizards get +1/+1. Lots of fun! This is a control deck that draws and discards so you can get the instant card you need to control your opponent's board. If you get an instant card that you don't need just discard it when you draw using your creatures draw/discard abilities. Celestral purge against aggro. Vanishing Verse for mono colored permanents and Despark for permanents with mana value greater than four. Finally use Muddle the Mixture to get your instants for Isochron Scepter.
