Like a Phoenix rising from the ashes, so too does Narset, Enlightened Master. I had this deck for the longest time, and recently had turned it into a generic Jeskai Control list using Ruhan of the Fumori as the Commander. I found myself not being inclined to play the deck at all, and while most players aren't too fond of a turns deck, I figure most decks I've been facing have long, complicated turns involving treasures, drawing cards, and turning wheels. That, and there's a lot of nostalgia in this deck for me, so I want to make sure I preserve this deck in my collection.

Recently, I haven't been playing as much cEDH, so I decided to start powering back down Narset. Some of the mana base is still the same, but otherwise the counter-magic and some of the combo consistency has been dropped. After not playing Narset for a while, I wanted to make some changes so it would be maybe a bit more acceptable at high power tables that aren't true cEDH. Thoughts?
