Narset Transcendent Oathbreaker, deck utilizes extra turns to ultimate Narset and permanently lock out opponents. Mystical Tutor works with our commander because we can search up something that we either want to draw or rebound. This helps set up Temporal Mastery as well.

“Oathbreaker is our fun, fast, and casual multiplayer format where Planeswalkers rule! Choose a Planeswalker as your Oathbreaker, then select an instant or sorcery card as your signature spell. Armed with the rest of your 60 card singleton deck, battle it out with friends in 30-60 minute games in this format!” -Oathbreaker Intro Page

Take Infinite Turns with Isochron Scepter + Narset's Reversal + Extra Turn Spell Then either swing at people with creatures (mainly Talrand, Sky Summoner + Drakes) or play Jace, Wielder of Mysteries and draw deck.

Without infinite turns the deck still runs well through various synergies. Mystical Tutor makes the deck really consistent. Casting extra turn spells with rebound still opens up opportunity to Narset's Reversal the extra turn spell when it is cast during upkeep. The extra turns really help build up a board state as well. Works to get more cards, play more lands, and put more things out.

The deck runs around 10 pieces of interaction. This feels like a nice number for the format. It is not oppressive, but it gives enough room to deal with major issues.

Lastly there is Omniscience + Show and Tell . This is always a ballsy play but it is really fun to see what everyone plays.

THOUGHTS

So I have played the deck a good number of times now, and I have to say it is a lot of fun. I do not like playing it more than once or twice in the same night though.

The deck is consistent which is great, but that makes each game run similarly.

The other thing I don’t like about the deck is that the extra turn spells make the other players wait a long time before they can take turns. After you really get going the game just turns into solitaire.
