Let's see how she fares as a Commander!

The focus of the cards in the deck are to allow her to attack with no problem - since she already has Hexproof, she basically just needs to be unblockable or indestructible. Both are covered.

Many spells deal with setting up the top cards of your library - Scry is very useful.

One thing I notice in playtests is that you accumulate cards in your hand that are too expensive to cast, and you'd rather them be in your library - particularly on top, so when Narset attacks, they will be auto-cast. Brainstorm, Molten Psyche, Scroll Rack, Temporal Cascade, Whirlpool Warrior and Widespread Panic all work toward that goal.

For blocking - Hundred-Handed One is good. Him holding a Shield of Kaldra is better. Now put Archetype of Imagination in play as well! Priceless! block everything.

Some wonderful cards in here are Cast Through Time, Omniscience, Quiet Contemplation and Razia's Purification - Choose Narset and a Whispersilk Cloak or Darksteel Plate or something and just cruise :)
