Time for some weird mutate stuff.

Use Sarkhan the Masterless to turn the planeswalkers you control into non-human creatures until the end of turn. Then use the mutate creatures and put them on top to turn the planeswalkers into non planeswalker, non legendary creatures with loyalty abilities.

So now we've got creatures that can use loyalty abilities. What next? Proliferating. Also, no longer legendary unless you used Varok, Apex of Thunder, so its possible to copy the creature using Quasiduplicate and Spark Double (Doesn't matter if the permanent was legendary if you used spark double).

Even more, you can copy the Quasiduplicate using Narset's Reversal or Expansion / Explosion to get even more copies of your planetures (get it, planeswalker creatures?).

Fun times. Idea was inspired by Mono Black Magic's video on the idea of mutating planeswalkers.

Note: STRONGLY suggested to mutate on top. This way, the creature can't be attacked, doesn't lose loyalty counters when dealt damage, and don't die when the last loyalty counter is removed.

Second note: If you can, use planeswalkers that have a plus ability rather than spamming uncommons, as Spark Double and Quasiduplicate don't actually copy loyalty counters over, and if you stick with uncommons, you'll be stuck with creatures that have cool static abilities and useless loyalty ones, unless you added The Ozolith (not suggested to add The Ozolith, just use rare or mythic palneswalkers.)
