The goal is to create as many creatures as possible for activating skullmunlcher's devour ability. Skullmulcher can get pretty big when we have token generation and a lot of little creatures around. He can refill the hand so we can draw into answers like fight or protective effects. The end goal is to win with commander damage, so any form of evasion like flying or trample will get us there.
