Essentially I found the ruling in Dovescape that means even if your spell can't be countered, you still get the Bird tokens. Hence, I have Destiny Spinner primarily with Malevolent Hermit   and Thryx, the Sudden Storm as backups to allow me to cast high CMC (or MV rather ahaha) enchantments to get lots of Birds. The X cost enchantments - Awakened Awareness, The Meathook Massacre and to a lesser degree Mana Bloom - are my finishers, with Sephara, Sky's Blade adding to the mix as well. All of these are reflected in the sideboard in case I manage to pull off The Raven's Warning. Playtesting has gone well, still a prototype though and looking to fill out the Sideboard so any feedback/recommendations would be much appreciated! :)
