Haakon is tricky to build around. First you have to get Haakon from the command zone into your hand. Then you have to discard him and only then you can cast your commander from the graveyard. The idea of the deck is to make all creaturs in the graveyard knights, using cards like Ashes of the Fallen . Then repeatedly cast creatures for free, which then die because they have 0 toughness.
