The premise here is to use all of the budget changelings and a bunch of cards that are tribe specific. Especially some Mercenary and Rebel cards that tutor changelings into play. I think this will be a very fun deck to play, once it is actually put together.

Morophon is for the wealthy; using Sisay as the commander is a not only a great way to find all the legendary permanents in the deck, but to save money as well.
