A "budget" build for Lyra Dawnbringer -- I pulled TWO from my Dominara prerelease, but she's so costly, it's nearly impossible to make her in my usual budget frame (sub-$100) without the deck just being awful.

So this is "Budget" -- Inspired by commandersquarters -- Discounting the cost of the commander from the final cost (approx. $28). Even with Lyra, it seems, the deck comes to around $85, so it could be a good starting point for someone who pulled a Lyra and wanted to build a deck.

Divine Visitation + Shrine of Loyal Legions is a nifty little combo that could be a huge payoff down the line. I've also got Springjack Shepherd in the maybe that does a similar thing, along with Evangel of Heliod . DV really makes a lot of the token generators in the deck more of a threat since they'll drop angels instead of warriors, soldiers and the like.
