Any help improving this deck is appreciated! I haven't played in a couple years. :D

The Idea

The idea is to gain life and each time you gain life, get counters on Ajani's Pridemate , Gideon's Company , and Twinblade Paladin . Creatures with flying like Healer's Hawk and instants like Desperate Lunge allow you to get more counters or get your pumped up creatures through.

I'm still working on it, but this is what I've come up with so far. Any input is very appreciated.
