Hello again,

Been a while since i've been on this website, let alone played MTG.

I've been sitting on this deck idea since around the time I posted my prototype Obeka Deck a while ago.

I've picked Patron of the Moon to be my commander because i liked the idea of a landfall commander in mono-blue and i wanted to stray away from a simmic deck. The goal of this deck is to ramp as quickly as i can so i can cast expensive draw spells and eventually score a win with Lab Man/Jace/Triskai.

As a small restriction, i don't want to spend more than 40 AUD (25 USD Currently) on any singular card.

As usual, constructive criticism and advice is dearly appreciated since deckbuilding is relatively foreign to me.
