Okay, I'll be honest; this is just Mono-Green in Blue. Play big creatures, draw cards and smash people in the face. This deck is more of just a fun splashy flavorful undersea romp, with everybody's favorite leviathan, Slinn Voda, the Rising Deep rather than a super tuned control deck. While this commander might look underwhelming at first, it's actually really powerful; it's a one-sided board bounce for 10 mana that leaves behind a huge 8/8 body.

Playing the Deck

When playing this deck, you first want to ramp out with artifacts like Sol Ring, the creature Dreamscape Artist, and the instant High Tide. After that, you want to make sure you control the board with cards like Reality Shift and Curse of the Swine. If the board gets a little crowded, just play down an enormous beater like your commander, or Inkwell Leviathan, and start swinging in. This deck is not much of a combo deck, but more of a battlecruiser deck with card draw thrown in. As always, I tried to put in some color bending (and breaking) cards; cards like Dreamscape Artist, that land ramp in blue, and Colossal Whale and Phyrexian Ingester that exile creatures.
