Monoblack Aggro Demons

Sideboard

I like fast decks with nice curves to get some good angles of a proactive, a bit interactive with creature decks, mostly, via know all star in Golgari Midrange, Ravenous Chupacabra , further enchanced by awesome, totally underrated Isareth the Awakener . Another great card, and part of what makes this an Aggro demon deck, should be a full playset of Spawn of Mayhem . It's the best card in the deck, by rate, not surprisingly against basically every deck it's up against (yes including Monored). Spawn of Mayhem is so important, in that it turns on another staple, playset card, Gutterbones . There's only 3 Priest of Forgotten Gods in the mainboard, because clearly the lockout rate is solid against creature decks, but is more of a Gutterbones , maybe Midnight Reaper and a cleric from Rite of Belzenlok where it can be used for value, and damage alike.

Because I run cards like Rite of Belzenlok in the mainboard, to create a demon, as well as provide value/fodder for the Priest to do her work against control, or aggro. This also permits me to run some copies of Fungal Infection , as well as turn on Demon of Catastrophes , which having a phenomenal rate, at only 4 mana, with the extra "value" of having to sacrifice a creature to cast it, is awesome pressure in the air, though because of the cast clause, only 3 is necessary (it helps to bring them back from the graveyard to the battlefield, "unfortunately" not triggering it's "cast" sacrifice trigger.

It seems like there's some incongruity of awesome rates, with cumbersome conditions, but the deck is basically tuned in a way that prioritizes pressure, as well as a strong grind game, of course against decks that don't have answers to all of my nonsense. It's meant to be powerful against some, and you have to work against some other match-ups, but I'm being very light on mainboard removal, as I don't like dead cards in either match.

It's proactive, affordable, demonic, and a funking decision to bring to an FNM. Try it out.
