It's not the fastest version of this deck but it's probably the cheapest.

Mulligan till you have a land or a chancellor of the tangle and a one drop land search in hand. Do all you can to get all your lands on the field. also drop a few mana dorks. then draw into charbelcher or recross the paths. If you draw recross the paths reorder your deck with all charbelchers on top. Then cast and activate charbelcher.
