Hi everybody,

Suggestions on how to improve this deck are appreciated. This deck uses Merfolk Wizards to mill my opponent with Ink Dissolver in play.

But... less than 5 dollars please XD

Visions of Beyond is for late game card draw, but alas, it's too expensive so it's in my maybeboard.

I'd like to keep the general idea of a mono Blue deck that's creature-based because creatures soak up some damage from opponents. I understand that maybe I should focus on strictly milling my opponent, but I do need ways to prevent them from killing me.

I was thinking of a sorcery/instant based mono Blue mill deck as well, but that would be too fragile/glass cannon-like in my opinion.

Should I try Zulaport Duelist? It's neither a merfolk or a wizard, but it does protect me as well. Manic Scribe is a wizard, but I don't have a reliable way of getting delirium. Maybe I could change the deck to include sorceries though.
