A budget control deck focusing on flipping TITI with AEtherling in to top it off in case your opponent won't let anything stick. Obviously this deck would benefit from playing Cryptic Command and Snapcaster Mage, but those just aren't in the budget. Instead we have Sea Gate Stormcaller to acrew value when paired with our many one mana cantrips. This list would also benefit from Force of Negation, but instead Disrupting Shoalis in, even though it is a lot less reliable. Thassa's Intervention and Archmage's Charm feel fantastic in this deck as they are either put to good use slowing down your opponent or can generate card advantage. I don't know how I feel about Jace, Unraveler of Secrets, I may just replace it with Narset, Parter of Veils, but my logic is that this deck never wants to slam anything on turn 3, but by the time turn 5 rolls around we may have expended enough of their resources that we can just play Jace as a value engine. It's trying to fill the slot previously taken by Jace, the Mind Sculptor, but that card is also out of the question. I tried to stick with majority islands for this deck, howeverField of Ruins is necessary, in some matches. I also found that Crawling Barrens is nice in the control mirror. Also if I'm playing mono blue, I'm definitely going to take advantage of Mystic Sanctuary. Anyway, I would like to test this deck online a little bit, but if any of you have some ideas I would love some constructive criticism. Wondering if Search for Azcanta   should be in this deck.
