If you have K'rrik out, 40+ life, and 7 mana, you can go for a Doomsday combo win using life to pay for all the black mana. If you have 16 mana, you can do this even if your life total is 1. That mana is easy to come by with Crypt Ghast, Nirkana Revenant, Cabal Coffers, Cabal Stronghold, and Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx all floating around.

The combo is Doomsday into Infernal Contract + Gravecrawler + Carrion Feeder + Phyrexian Altar + Aetherflux Reservoir.
