I try to make my best at enchantment rakdos commander with board control.

GUIDE:

Try cast Mogis, God of Slaughter as soon as possible to help you with the damage.

This deck only play chaos cards like Wound Reflection , Price of Glory , Lethal Vapors (no one will pay this, seriously) , Rite of the Raging Storm and etc.

Otherwise you have hand control with discard cards for each opponent like Unnerve Tasigur's Cruelty (Easy with Faithless Looting ) , Skull Rend and etc

WIN CONDITION: You can use Demonic Tutor or Diabolic Tutor to get Obliterate and/or Jokulhaups ,your victory it is one step ahead because your enchantments will continue in board.

Rakdos's Return Have a great X damage to you finish up your oponnents

Stuffy Doll and area damage like Blasphemous Act for example, its ridiculously funny. (Not for you opponent of course)

explaining other cards: Reverberate Ricochet Trap good against a blue deck with counter, or with strong instants.

Sudden Spoiling Good combo with board clears.

Sun Droplet and Exquisite Blood its a great sustain to you stay in the game.

Quest for the Gravelord i like this card, because after a board clear or Obliterate (for example) you can use this effect as you wish.

NEW: Manor Gargoyle Good defender and can stay after board clear.

Rune-Scarred Demon Good Tutor and meat shield.
