Been playing this deck for a while and I'm constantly changing the list.

You don't want to mulligan very aggressively, but you do want to start with either a dragonstorm or an irencrag Feat. Dragonstorm is preferable as you can cast it without irencrag.

Lotus bloom helps the deck's consistency, but is also counts for storm. Pentad Prism fills a similar role but isn't free like lotus bloom.

Serum visions, opt, and Sleight of Hand all help you build your hand, and see beyond has a bonus of putting dragons you draw back into the library.

Pyretic, Desperate, and irencrag are all just storm count builders and ramp.

I like to run a variety of dragons just to keep the deck more interesting, but a lot of others will just run a couple terror of the peaks and bogardan hellkites. I use karrthus and kolaghan for haste, dromoka for protection, atarka for double strike, thundermaw to tap down flyers, and terror of the peaks for etb damage.
