The deck focuses on using Hardened Scales and Winding Constrictor along with a bunch of effects that add +1/+1 counters in order to make your creatures huge. It functions similar to mono-green stompy, but it has removal in the form of Dromoka's Command and Walking Ballista, and it has better sideboard options with the colors white and black.
